The Auguste fondue set was found at a flea market in Geneva, Switzerland.
It’s made of perforated metal with a cow motif, the burner is copper, and it must be used with methylated spirits.
This set is not suitable for fondue pots smaller than 16 cm in diameter.
Each piece has been carefully hand-cleaned with natural products—baking soda, lemon, biodegradable dish soap—and a sponge or steel wool, for gentle and effective maintenance.
