These mini Dominique fondue pots were found in Flamatt (Canton of Fribourg), Switzerland.
They are made of burgundy ceramic.
Traditionally, cheese fondue is accompanied by an interlude: the famous “mid-course drink”—a small glass of kirsch, Williams pear brandy, Calvados, grappa, plum brandy, or any other spirit, for an extra touch of flavor, better digestion, and to revive the appetite. These are served in mini fondue pots like these.
